Customer Update

As part of a move to a new phone system, phone numbers for Leisure & Culture Dundee services, including all Active Dundee venues, Libraries and Dundee City Box Office, may be unavailable between 5.30pm and 7.00pm on Monday 28 September 2026.

Normal opening hours will continue across all facilities and phone services are expected to resume after 7.00pm.

During this period, customers may experience difficulties contacting these services by phone. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience while this upgrade is completed.
