Leisure & Culture Dundee (L&CD) is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation SC042421 established by the Office of Scottish Charity Register (OSCR) in July 2011. It is an independent Scottish Charity which provides leisure, sport, cultural and library services in Dundee.
