Chest, Heart and Stroke, Scotland - Free Health Check

The Tayside Health Defence team will be delivering free health checks to anyone aged 18 and over. These aim to assess your risk of chest, heart or stroke conditions whilst offering personalised advice to help you lower it.

Walk-in appointments are available on the day, but 30 minute appointment slots can be arranged by contacting: david.low@chss.org.uk or calling 07350408133.
