Free Bellydance Workshop. Join Liz Box in a fun belly dance workshop where you can shake that belly and shimmy those hips in a social able, supportive atmosphere which is welcome to all. You will learn how to shimmy with fun coin belts and dance with beautiful floaty veils to exciting rhythms. No experience is needed and props will be provided. Just come along wearing soft shoes and loose clothing. The workshop is sponsored by Confidence for Life and will be free to all participants.
