Food for Thought - 6 Week Course

Our Food for Thought course is designed to help adults 18 plus on low or no income with mental and physical health issues to improve their mental, physical and overall health and wellbeing.

Each 2 hour weekly session consists of:-
1 hour mindfulness
1 hour prep and demo of a simple healthy budget meal
All ingredients for the course are included
Participants will be given a bag of basic store cupboard ingredients and a weekly meal bag with a recipe.

Travel expenses are reimbursed on production of bus tickets.
