What's On - Writing Place and Climate Change: A Workshop with Dominic Hinde

Dr Dominic Hinde joins us for a free writing workshop.

We talk about climate change as an abstract, global thing, but climate and energy is everywhere in our own lives. Have you ever wanted to try environmental and nature writing? Have you ever wondered what the story of your local climate and environment is, and how it could be told? Join writer and sociologist Dr Dominic Hinde of the University of Glasgow for a free writing workshop where he will guide you through the process of writing nature, place and climate from his own work, including his recent multiple award nominated book Drifting North.
