We all want to be happy, yet lasting happiness can prove quite elusive and difficult to find. We often depend upon external things such as work, relationships, possessions, holidays, or other favourable conditions to make us happy. This can leave us feeling disappointed or dissatisfied when these let us down, change, or fail to provide the stable joy and fulfilment we seek.

Meditation and Buddhist wisdom offer a different approach. By learning to develop peace, positivity, and inner strength from within, we can experience a happiness that is more stable, meaningful, and resilient, whatever life brings.

In this introductory series, we will explore practical teachings and guided meditations that help us reduce stress and other unhappy states of mind, and enable us to discover and cultivate an attainable source of lasting happiness within our own mind.

Week 2 - Letting Go of Stress & Overthinking
Week 3 - Building a Positive Mind
Week 4 - A Happiness That Lasts

Suitable for everyone, these classes are ideal for beginners as well as those wishing to refresh or deepen their meditation practice.
Everyone is warmly welcome.

Each class includes 2 guided meditations, a practical teaching, and time for questions.

Meditation is done seated in chairs.
