Join Abertay University for an inspiring afternoon with Olympian Eilidh Doyle, one of Scotland’s best-known track athletes.

Eilidh is one of Scotland’s most accomplished international athletes, competing in both the 400m hurdles and 400m, and featuring as a regular member of the British 4x400m relay team. As part of that team, she won an Olympic Bronze at Rio 2016, two World Championship silver medals, and one World bronze. In the hurdles she was 2014 European Champion and a three-time Commonwealth silver medallist. Eilidh is also one of Scotland’s most-medalled athletes, with an overall tally of 17 major international podium places.

In this special event, Eilidh will reflect on her journey to elite performance, sharing insights into the motivations, challenges and successes that have shaped her career at the highest level of international sport. Following a short keynote, Eilidh will take part in a fireside chat, exploring topics such as resilience, mindset, and what it takes to succeed under pressure. The session will conclude with an audience Q&A, offering attendees the opportunity to put their own questions directly to Eilidh.
