Tea and Tunes - Josie Duncan and Michael McGovern

Michael McGovern is a Glasgow-born folk singer-songwriter whose debut album Highfield Suite earned widespread critical acclaim across the UK and Ireland, praised by BBC Radio, RTE Lyric, and Hot Press Magazine, and endorsed by folk legend Paul Brady as 'an unexpected gem'. Known for his fingerpicking guitars, wide vocal harmonies, and heartfelt lyrics influenced by Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, and Leonard Cohen, Michael has toured extensively across Europe, supported Mary Black on a sold-out Irish tour, and played prestigious festivals including Cambridge Folk Festival, Belladrum, and HebCelt.
