Bowel Cancer UK is inviting Dundee locals to walk inside a giant inflatable bowel when it tours the city in April and May to raise awareness of bowel cancer – the fourth most common cancer in the UK.

The giant inflatable bowel - measuring 19 feet by seven feet - is an interactive experience to demonstrate the various stages of bowel cancer, and raise awareness of its symptoms, the importance of taking part in screening and learn about good bowel health.

The giant bowel is part of Bowel Cancer UK’s roadshow which gives people a chance to ask any questions or share any worries about bowel cancer, whether about themselves, a loved one or friend, to one of the charity’s friendly and experienced staff and volunteers.

Join Bowel Cancer UK’s awareness roadshow on:
Tuesday 30 April from 10am- 4pm outside Tesco Extra (Kingsway Retail Park, Kingsway, Dundee, DD3 8QB).

Wednesday 1 May from 10am-4pm at High Street/City Square (City Centre, City Square, Dundee DD1 3BA).
