Volk Gallery is proud to present the work of Khadea Santi. Each Volk artist is given a size limit and budget and left to their own devices. With this brief, Santi has produced 50 fortune tellers, reminiscent of those used in childhood games. Santi has developed this version at Glasgow Zine Library with written prompts guiding a poetic offering. Each fortune teller can become a tool for self-mythology and a space to connect with the unknown - a way to ask questions, hold complexity, and make something new together. Much of Santi’s work is rooted in speculation, chance, and play.
