Soundbase Summer Slam is back! and thanks to Creative Scotland: Recovery Fund for Organisations places are FREE. Soundbase is a music-making project open to young musicians (of any genre) aged 12-18 supported by a team of professional musicians and guest artists to develop skills in song creation, soundscapes, guitar playing, drumming, keyboard, collaborative music making, playing with a band and performance. You don’t need to have any previous skills or experience, just plenty of enthusiasm. 

Guest Artists to include: Su Shaw

Su is a Scottish-Portuguese sound artist, musician and producer who creates and performs under the alias, SHHE. Born in the Highlands and now based in Dundee, her artistic practice is deeply influenced and informed by her environment and her work often explores themes of identity, connection and the relationship between sound and space.

Places are FREE but booking is essential

Supported by Creative Scotland's: Recovery Fund for Organisations to enable cultural organisations, working primarily for public benefit, to rebuild and create opportunities to increase their financial resilience after the COVID-19 pandemic.
