Additional Information

A deposit of 50% is required at the centre as soon as your party is confirmed with the remaining balance payable the week before the party date

All equipment is provided by our Leisure Attendant staff on site including footballs, bibs, small goals.

For parents delivering their own party structure a Football session plan can be provided upon request.

Leisure and Culture Dundee will not share this information with any other party unless explicitly agreed with you in advance. Information will be only be retained for the duration of your let agreement with Leisure and Culture Dundee. All data provided on this application form will be processed, stored and destroyed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
