UNESCO Cultural Contacts Database Introduction
The UNESCO Cultural Contacts Database is a networking tool for organisations, institutions, industry, businesses and individuals interested in local and international cultural cooperation. To make this possible the UNESCO Creative City of Design team hosted by Leisure & Culture Dundee gathers data from, you, the local partners. All of the information are safely stored on the Dundee City Council’s server according to the standard of the latest data protection legislation – GDPR.
What makes this database special is that it emphasizes creation of networks and relationships. Mainly between Dundee partners in the first place by openly providing contact details of Dundee partners that submitted international contact details to the database.
