To help celebrate 50 years of Ninewells Hospital, Fraser Calderwood - Olympia Manager, participated in the NHS Tayside Charitable Foundation 50 Challenge.
The challenge was to take part in a minimum of 50 minutes of exercise for 50 days in a row from 3rd September to the official 50th anniversary on 23rd October.
Through this challenge, Fraser aimed to help raise money to support the health and wellbeing of the people in Tayside, and he achieved over 128% of the fundraising target.
Speaking about the challenge, Fraser said
"So many people have worked, visited or been part of the Ninewells community and this is a great way to create a positive healthy legacy while also raising some much needed funds for local health projects. The intention is to donate any funds towards the cancer ward at Ninewells."
