In recent months a new Community Sport Hub of the Lochee Area has been created in Dundee. The hub, which covers the whole geographical area of the Lochee Ward brings together local sports clubs and organisations to work in partnership with the aim of increasing sport and physical activity opportunities available in Lochee, subsequently bringing positive physical, mental and social benefits to local people.
Leisure and Culture Dundee are proud to support the creation of the Community Sport Hub of the Lochee Area with Leisure and Culture Dundee’s Community Sport Hub Officer bringing local clubs and organisations together to create the new Community Sport Hub.
To launch the Community Sport Hub of the Lochee Area, the hub is hosting a fun afternoon of free sports activities for all the family at Menzieshill Community Hub on Sunday 10th November between 1pm and 3pm. You are invited to come along and try sports available in Lochee.
Booking is not required, just come along and enjoy the free activities!
