Running Buddies programme is for everyone!

Join a friendly group of morning and evening runners who embody strong team values and a supportive spirit - no one gets left behind.

Our dedicated coach will be there to support and motivate the group, ensuring a pace that suits everyone. Enjoy running, build your confidence, and improve your skills with us.

Should the weather prevent you to participate outdoors, the activity will be moved into the indoor athletic track of the RPC.

Running Buddies is open to anyone who is keen to jog and run.

+ What are the benefits?

Running gives a unique sense of enjoyment and to share this moment with other people– you’ll meet a sociable and inclusive bunch who look forward to a re-energizing hour of friendship and exercise each week together.

From time to time, there may be options to run in different pace.

You are looked after by a team of qualified coaches with a wide range of expertise and passion for running who occasionally will join you to support and advice you if you need it.

At the beginning of the running programme, You’ll receive advice on useful running techniques and how to improve your running posture from our coaches.

At all times we keep runners together safely, especially when the evenings get darker – no-one runs solo and nobody gets left behind.

Become part of a supportive group that welcomes new runners and encourages beginners to keep the good habit.

+ How inclusive is the facility?

There is accessible toilet and showers in the building and at the track. No changing place toilets near the Track.

Winter-time: come with jackets, gloves and hats while running. We are in Scotland and it can be cold!
