BODYCOMBAT is a dynamic, high energy exercise class that encourages you to punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals. Incorporating elements of boxing, kick boxing, martial arts and high intensity interval training (HIIT), not only is it a really effective whole-body workout for cardio fitness, it's also a great way to release stress and improve your co-ordination. Les Mills is a world class group exercise provider who create fun, effective workouts with amazing playlists and incredibly motivating instructors. The structured environment of the class will help you develop discipline, confidence and mental resilience. We highly encourage you to come along with your friends to have fun and workout together.

+ Which sort of exercises does BODYCOMBAT include?
Each workout combines moves from karate, taekwondo, boxing, muay thai, kung fu and more but don’t worry, you won’t need any martial arts expertise to enjoy all the benefits of BODYCOMBAT. Our expert instructor will take you through each and every move beforehand, which will include hooks, jabs, upper cuts, kicks and high knees. Classes also include functional training moves like squats, push-ups and lunges.

BODYCOMBAT is open and accessible to all, regardless your ability, or fitness level. Our Les Mills qualified instructor will demonstrate each move at a variety of levels, meaning everyone can enjoy the session and feel the full benefit no matter their level of experience or fitness.
