Dundee Football Performance Academy
The Dundee Football Performance Academy (DFPA) launched in 2019 with the aim of establishing a sustainable player development programme to support grassroots footballers reach their full potential. Sessions are designed in a way, to complement current club training schedules of all players and offers a pathway for boys and girls from U10 to U16.
Additionally, we provide Goalkeeper specific training for every age group. This is delivered by our partners, BGK Goalkeeping.

Things we expect
- All players must act responsibly before, during & after each session.
- All players must either wear the DFPA training kit or their own club training wear.
- All players must ensure they have enough to drink for each session. Water is highly recommended.
- Players must wear shin guards and boots for football sessions.
Players must be nominated to take part in the programme.
This can be done either by a parent, club coach or school teacher. Nominations should be sent to dan.curnyn@leisureandculturedundee.com and must detail why the player should be involved in the programme.
