Book Buddies Reading Group

Book Buddies Children's Reading Group has been running since January 2007. We meet every second Friday during term time in Broughty Ferry Library and our members are aged between nine and thirteen.

What else do Book Buddies do?

  • Chat about books
  • Meet other people who like reading too
  • Find out about new authors and books
  • Use the Internet to find out about books
  • See your book reviews on the website
  • Quizzes, crafts and other fun activities
  • Carnegie Medal and Kate Greenaway Medal.

  •  The Hubbabubba Reading Group (a name that the children voted for) is held in the Hub Library every Monday from 3.30pm to 4.30pm after school (during term-time only). It has been running for a long time now with a core group of 6–7 children aging from 8 to 12 years.
