What’s On at Ardler Community Library

Looking for fun, free activities for all ages? Ardler Community Library is the perfect place to connect, learn, and enjoy time together. Drop in for stories, songs, and friendly groups – there’s something for everyone!


Bookbug Sessions

  • When: Every Monday at 11:00am
  • What: Free 30-minute sessions for children aged birth to five and their parents/carers. Enjoy songs, rhymes, and a story in a welcoming space.
  • Booking: No booking required – just come along!

Lego Club

  • When: Every Wednesday at 3.30pm
  • What: Creative play with lots of Lego for ages 5+. (Children aged 8 or under must be accompanied by an adult).
  • Booking: No booking required – just drop in!

Craft Group

  • When: Tuesdays, fortnightly, 2.30pm
  • What: Get creative with our wide range of craft supplies - no experience necessary, just have a wee go while enjoying a chat and a cuppa.  This is a self-led group with books and magazines available for inspiration.
  • Booking: No booking required - just come along.

Book Cafe

  • When: Mondays, monthly.  Please call to check for dates.
  • What: Monthly book chat - share your favourite reads and hear what others recommend.
