Welfare Reform - how libraries can help

The Government are making changes to the way we apply for jobs and benefits. Dundee Libraries have information, resources and equipment to help you access the internet as well as staff in 14 locations across the city to help with IT training and advice. We have over 200 PCs in libraries across Dundee with FREE access to the internet and specialised training sessions for people who are new to IT.

Volunteering Opportunities

Do you enjoy using a computer and want to share your skills?

We are currently recruiting volunteers for an exciting new project in Dundee Libraries. The Opportunities Project Volunteers will help library customers to develop their basic I.T skills, to enable them to engage with online job searching and welfare rights systems.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy using computers and want to support others to develop skills in I.T.
