Level-Up

Are you a teen thinking about getting started in the gym for the first time or looking to learn the fundamentals of fitness, and lifting but feel unsure about where to start? Don't worry, we've been there before! We know starting a gym routine can be intimidating which is why we've put together a new coached programme to help answer your questions and to support you through your fitness journey.

Level-up has been designed to take your fitness journey to the next level. Learn how to use a not only use a wide variety of fitness equipment but learn to get the most out of each piece to enable you to get the best results.

The programme will commence with a general induction that will introduce you to the fundamentals of gym etiquette and equipment use. Weeks 2-5 will incorporate a more focussed approached where learnings will be directed to getting the most out your cardio, pin-based strength, and dumbbell/functional exercise. Finish the block by taking the learnings from the first 4 weeks to peice together a workout that is specific to you and your needs!

This new exciting programme is an inclusive one for anyone (14+) who wants to improve their physical endurance and their general well-being.

+ How fit do you need to be to take part

No you don't! What we need is your commitment for these sessions. Our PT Coach will train you and provide you the perfect workout for you and your abilities.
