(Referrer -current member, Referee – new member)

1. Only current Leisureactive members who are not in the process of cancelling or have defaulted within the last 3 months are eligible for a free month.
2. The free month will be applied to the existing Leisureactive member (referrer) and not the new joiner (referee).
3. The referrer (current) will receive confirmation in writing of the referral and date of their free month.
4. The referee (new) must provide the full name of the referrer on the application form when joining in centre or via the link in their Welcome Email when joining online. We may need to contact you to verify their identity.
5. The referrer (current) and referee (new) must both be over 14 years of age.
6. The referee (new) must be a new customer joining on any direct debit membership only. Annual and 3-Month payment types are not eligible.
7. Referrals are not applicable to attached memberships or those joining as part of a couple as these already offer discounted rates.
8. A referrer (current) can make as many referrals as they want, however only 1 referral can be made for each individual referee (new).
9. The free month for the referrer (current) is only added if their referee (new) takes out a membership and makes their first membership payment.
10. New members become eligible to Refer a Friend once they have been a member for at least one month and/or have made their first membership payment.
11. If part of a couple membership, you will receive 1 free month for referring another couple on a direct debit membership or a half price month for referring any single direct debit member providing you fulfil the criteria above.
12. One free month will be applied to the referrer’s (current) account once checks have been completed and will be applied to the next scheduled direct debit transaction Paid in Full annual and 3-month members will have their free month added to end of their membership period.
13. The Leisureactive Team will credit the free month. The referrer (current) should not cancel their direct debit at any time.
14. Subsequent payments will automatically resume after the free month has been applied.
    
    3 Day Referral Passes
    
    
15. This scheme is running on a trial basis. Leisureactive reserve the right to amend or withdraw the offer of a 3-day guest pass and/or free month at any time.
16. Pass requests will be activated by the next working day. You can specify a start date for your pass up to 30 days in the future.
17. A referee (new) can only redeem one free 3-day pass, i.e they cannot ask multiple different friends for referrals.
18. Only current members not in the process of cancelling are eligible to offer 3-day passes
