An energetic workout that is does exactly what it says on the tin! A structured class that will strengthen and sculpt the legs, bums and tums!

LesMills Body Attack

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Total Body Fit

Total Body fit is a general fitness class that combines low impact cardio with bodyweight resistance moves to help strengthen and improve fitness levels. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Total Body Blast

Total Body Blast combines cardio, strength and core work. You will use dumbbells, weight plates and our steps to build cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance. The perfect way to start your morning.

CBC Endurance

Our signature coach by Colour group cycling class. Sprints, climbs, intervals and amazing tunes, guaranteed to give you a huge endorphin rush. The ultimate cardio workout.

CBC HIIT

It`s time to just do HIIT! Feel the burn in our short, sharp CBC HIIT Ride. You can expect power intervals and sprints to get you faster and fitter in no time.

CBC Strength

Get ready to climb and conquer as you take on those hills in our Climb focused class, designed to push you out of your comfort zone, increase your power and improve your FTP.

LesMills RPM

A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It`s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, you will leave feeling fitter and faster.

 


 

HIIT Classes


HIIT ( High Intensity Interval training)

A thirty-minute class which combines short bursts of high intensity training with periods of recovery. Push out of your comfort zone and dig deep for maximum results.

LesMills GRIT

GRIT Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn.

Circuits

A full body workout that uses a variety of equipment to push you to your limits. You can expect resistance training, high intensity body weight stations and exercises to tone and sculpt the body. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Core

This class is all about building strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, helping you improve your functional strength and assist in injury prevention.

Kettlebell Fit

A fast-paced kettlebell-based workout which incorporates bouts of high intensity body weight exercises. This workout will test your strength and endurance. Please bring your own kettlebell to class and get ready to work!

LesMills BodyPump

The original barbell workout! A full body workout that will deliver results using scientifically backed movements designed to sculpt and strengthen the body!

Aqua Classes


AquaFit Shallow

The aerobics class of the swimming pool where water is used as resistance to carry out a series of strength and aerobic movements!

AquaFit Deep

Running alongside Shallow Water Aquafit as a hybrid class where the instructor will adapt all exercises for deep water, giving your cardiovascular system and added workout! You may wear a flotation belt (provided) for support in the deep water.

Barre Tone

Barre Tone is a ballet inspired, legs, bums and tums workout which will tone and sculpt. Suitable for all fitness levels. You can expect a low impact, high burn class.

LesMills Body Balance

The yoga-based class that will improve you mind, your body and your life! Compromising of a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while to an inspiring soundtrack!

Fitness Pilates

A modern twist on traditional Pilates. A full body work out with a functional approach concentrating on your core. A low impact class that will help correct imbalances, improve posture, develop core stability and release stress!

Pilates

The full body workout which uses flowing movements designed to strengthen your core. A low impact class that will help correct imbalances, improve posture, develop core stability and release stress!

Restore

A yoga inspired class designed to improve your mind and body using simple yoga moves and mobility exercises to improve your core strength, flexibility and reduce stress levels.

Hatha Yoga

Clear your mind and relax for an hour. A program of precise posture, breathing exercises, and meditation. Hatha Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching, increasing flexibility and balance.

Slow Flow Yoga

A meditative paced class that emphasises peace and calm of the body and the mind. Holding each pose for longer and taking several rounds of breath will leave you feeling calm and focussed. Expect to feel calm and rejuvenated at the end of the class!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. The perfect way to restore calm and increase mindfulness.
