Gillies Park (Broughty Ferry) Messy play & Dodgeball All ages 10am-12pm Come along dressed to get in a mess! Have some fun with our sand, mud, water and gloop! Then join us for some dodgeball fun, 60 minutes of ducking, diving and dodging – enjoyable for all the family!
Balgarthno Stone Circle (Near Lynch Sports Centre) Stretch and Tone *Bring your own mat 16+years
(All abilities)
12.30pm-1pm Join us for 30 minutes of stretching and bodyweight exercises, to give you a workout without the sweat. You'll be energised for the rest of your afternoon!
Whitfield Green Messy play & Dodgeball All ages 1pm-3pm Come along dressed to get in a mess! Have some fun with our sand, mud, water and gloop! Then join us for some dodgeball fun, 60 minutes of ducking, diving and dodging – enjoyable for all the family!
Lochee Park Kids club & Circuits P1+
16+ years
(All abilities)
6pm-6.45pm Circuits is a class that includes cardio, resistance training, and core, done in a circuit training mode. All levels welcome, this class will challenge anyone, from beginners to advanced. Whilst you're at circuits bring your kids along to the club and let them try different sports/activities each week. It's an opportunity to have fun and be active outdoors. Kids MUST be of school age to attend the kid's club session without an adult.

8.15pm-9pm This popular fat burning and high intensity all over body work is sure to warm you up! Modifications and options are provided throughout to ensure the session is suitable for everyone!

All ages 10am-12pm Play Rangers works in a person-centred free play way, meaning activities undertaken at sessions are child led and can vary constantly. Sample activities can include; Den Building using natural resources, Arts & Crafts using bark/leaf rubbing, drawings etc. Imaginative/creative play, challenging play; balancing games, and traditional games. Come and try out boccia, or see if you can get a strike with our bowling set or have a go at our target games in the park!
Victoria Park Playrangers & Tennis All ages 1pm-3pm Play Rangers works in a person-centred free play way, meaning activities undertaken at sessions are child led and can vary constantly. Sample activities can include; Den Building using natural resources, Arts & Crafts using bark/leaf rubbing, drawings etc. Imaginative/creative play, challenging play; balancing games, and traditional games. Join us for some fun tennis, playing enjoyable games with all the family! (Equipment provided)

Technology Park (Mariner Drive) Nordic Walk
*Must attend beginner course in advance
16+years 5.30pm-6.30pm This weekly Nordic Walking group will meet at the Technology park and venture on different routes each week. Meeting point is the small carpark at the end of Mariner Drive. You MUST have attended the beginner block first in order to attend.

6pm-6.45pm Join us for our Free Family Fun! It's an opportunity to get out there, have fun and be active in the great outdoors with your friends and family. A mix of fun, sport, games, teamwork, sports day styled activities, and friendly competition suitable for all ages. Why not try our Kettlercise class whilst the kids are at kids club. Kettlercise is using light weights to a non-stop routine working all your body. Unfortunately Kettlebells cannot be provided, please bring your own. Kids MUST be of school age to attend the kid's club session without an adult.

Magdalen Green Hatton Box2Fit 16+years

8.15pm-9pm Hatton Box2Fit combines boxing and exercise in great fun, stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit. Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, but also enhances hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.

Castle Green Insanity 16+ years 5.30-6.15pm This all over body work-out burns unwanted fat whilst also increasing your strength and cardio. Modifications and options are provided throughout to ensure the session is suitable for everyone!
Baxter Park Kettlercise 16+ years 6-6.45pm Incorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group atmosphere. Kettlercise is carried out using light weights, set out to a non-stop routine that will work every single muscle in your body. Unfortunately kettlebells cannot be provided. Please ensure you bring your own.
