Dundee City Council and Clydesdale Bank are continuing their successful partnership by extending Count Me In 1, 2, 3 for pre school children, launched in September 2004 with Count Me In 4, 5, 6 for primary school age children. Counting games complement the books enabling parents, carers and teachers to enjoy sharing the resources with children at home and in school. Suggested games and activities are available in Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. Clydesdale Bank is committee to promoting literacy and numeracy skills in its communities, and along with Dundee City Council is able to offer these fun bags in every public library and primary school in Dundee.

The Great Pet Sale. In the story everything is a bargain and must be sold. The games encourage children to explore money up to the value of £1. Pets for sale include a parrot, tortoise and even a dragon!

Horrid Henry Gets Rich Quick. The book and audiobook allows reading and listening to short stories. In this story Henry is desperate. What can he do with only 50 p per week pocket money? The games includes simple fractions, measuring length and time and working with money.

Avoid Entering the Ancient Greek Olympics! Ancient Greece Revealed - two books that are fun and full of facts will appeal to children who want to find out for themselves what it was like living a long time ago and having to prepare for taking part in the Olympic Games.
