Leisure & Sport's Health & Wellbeing Hub delivers a wide range of supported programmes to improve access for those people who are facing challenges to become more active.
Referral programmes supporting children, young people, adults, and families are designed and delivered in conjunction with many partners across the city. The team create the best possible support structure to ensure members can increase their activity levels. Creating the right option for everyone to access fantastic facilities and programmes is at the heart of the Health & Wellbeing Hub.
