The Centre's cycle studio and exercise area, which opened last month, now offers a modern and flexible space for customers and instructors alike having enjoyed a functional equipment, audio visual and lighting upgrade. The state-of-the-art fleet of ICG bikes combined with the digital technology creates a memorable exercise experience. The unique 'Coach by Colour' intensity guide, Watt rate power meter and connectivity to external devices give exercisers the power to personalise, view and track workouts for optimum results.
