"In a difficult year for musicians, we are pleased to continue supporting the Dundee Musicians' Award. The Award offers a unique opportunity to Dundee Musicians to receive funding to enable them to pursue their creative practice."

Dougie Black Manager for previous winners Ruvellas said

"Ruvellas were delighted with the support form Dundee Musicians' Award as it made it possible for us to finance the music video for our single track "Sick & Tired". Dundee has a vast array of creative outputs for the music industry and we decided to use the talents of local company Magicbox, who produced a fantastic music video. We would recommend any band or musician to apply for the Dundee Musicians' Award in the future and also use the many creative sources Dundee has to offer."

Closing date for applications is Friday 15 January 2021
